Agricultural San Teodoro

The San Teodoro Farm, founded in 2004, is located in the beautiful Galluccio; spread over twenty-two hectares of vineyards with different varieties, it has been producing excellent IGT and DOC wines since 2007. The art of winemaking is not the most difficult, but it requires great dedication, passion, industriousness and expertise in every single step, from cultivation, to pruning, to processing. Land and vineyards are not enough, you need to have good exposure of the vineyards, good characteristics of the systems and particular processing methods. Wine is not simply a drink, it is a friend at the table, at games, at parties; the "celestial nectar" has always accompanied man in his existence. As cited by many literary figures and philosophers, wine does not limit itself to refreshing the palate and inebriating the mind, but is a moment to be experienced.
